I went to my first GFAF expo last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have the privilege of blogging for the expo again this year. I can’t wait to see all the fabulous products.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to go in the past, make a point to get there this year. This type of resource is a blessing to have if you are gluten-free or you have a family member, like a child or grandchild, that is gluten-free or has other food allergies. They come out with better products every year. A far cry from what was available 10 years ago when we first started our gluten free journey.
Where else can you speak with over 100 company representatives about their products and services, sample them and get a sneak peak/taste of new or trial products?

Fortunately, many companies have samples you can take home, as well as coupons for your local store. Many vendors sell products to take home, but not all of them.
There was so much to look at and talk about that I came back the second day, spotting things I missed the day before. I came away with many products that have now become favorites and staples in our home.
For some of the products I enjoyed, I have written up reviews. You can find them under my product review link. I hope to find even more this year to review. If you can’t get there to try it, I’ll give you my honest opinion on it.
Ticket Information
The expo will be held in Secaucus, NJ. If you don’t live near NJ there are several other expos held across the country.

Product Reviews and Favorite Products
I will update you on all the happenings at the expo as well as give my honest opinion/review of products received, including pros and cons.
