Product Review : Parma Vegan Parmesan

 

When you’ve gone dairy free or vegan, sometimes you miss the flavor of a little cheese.

Normally, for a little taste of parmesan, I would sprinkle some nutritional yeast on my food.  Then, I came across Parma! Parmesan Style Shaker Cheeze.  I had high hopes and Parma! did not disappoint.

Parma! is a vegan parmesan. A tasty, cheesy seasoning for your meals. Add it to vegetables, popcorn, pasta, sandwiches or anywhere you might put regular parmesan. I have been adding it to my sauteed vegetables at breakfast.

• raw walnuts
• Himalayan sea salt

• organic pumpkin seeds (garlic variety)
• organic brown sugar (bacon variety)

I was sure the Better than Bacon would be my favorite flavor.  So I purchased that flavor. After contacting the company, they generously sent me small sample bags of each flavor, and honestly, I love all of them. I think the Chipotle Cayenne is even better than the bacon flavor. I’ll be using these regularly.
