Spotting Sugar in Your Food

Are you able to recognize all the names for sugar in your food? Some of it can be tricky. There are usually several kinds used in a product.

It’s important to know what you are eating. Ultimately, it’s just better to make it yourself so you have more control over what you put in your body. You only have one you after all, so take care of it. If you have to have sugar, some choices are better than others. I’ll save that for another post.

It doesn’t matter what it is called, it is still sugar. If you have too much it will adversely effect your health.
